Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 3.0 These guys really know brotherhood, but they occasionally take that too far. They aren't very good looking, half of them are total douches, but they have the best dance floor.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.0 Love every bit of this house. Diverse guys, some dbags and some weirdos, but going there is generally a good experience. The dance floor is unmatched by any other house on the row. Phi delt parties go off, and other top houses like TKE SAE Theta Chi and ATO better watch out because they have some tough competition on the way.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.4 We had a biad with these guys that was pretty dope. Their dance floor was huge and music was great even if their were like 5 dudes with no shirts on raging in the corner. Thumbs up.

Id say top three this semester phi delts-dsigs-ATO. Can't say much for brotherhood but for the guys I've met seem super chill
