Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.2 They're top tier, but i'm still not exactly sure why. I went to one of their parties during syllabus week and there weren't very many girls and the guys seemed to be focused on themselves and playing pong with themselves. Kinda weird... But the music was good and the guys were hot and pong was fun!
