Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 3.6 Honestly came back from nothing. This chapter is not the best but with the help of Adam Crouch I firmly believe in the coming years this will be a top tier. Great recruiting, good men, and they definitely know how to party. Honestly came back from nothing. This chapter is not the best but with the help of Adam Crouch I firmly believe in the coming years this will be a top tier.
