Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 3.2 partied with them for the first time a few weeks ago at kornhole and it was the best time of my life. this fraternity has potential to rise up as top middle tier if they get more involved in school.

Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.2 They are great guys and should definitely be rated higher. Their parties are always fun even when there aren't a lot of people there. Kornhole parties are some of the best I've ever been to and they have some really hot guys. Everyone I know in the frat love it so they seem to have a good brotherhood.
