this is the complete opposite lol... zetes arguably have the hottest pc along with betas, tdx also improved a ton! pikapps and pikes struggled

Most frats posted their PCs on facebook. Zetes and Chi Psi weren't that bad. Not their best, but I wouldn't say they declined. TDX on the other hand...

Zetes had a arguably solid PC, and TDX had a okay PC. The only house that declined significantly is chi psi, according to FB they only have 10 pledges and they aren't exactly quality.
