PI PHI 2nd Sam’s Law

Anyone else hear that Pi Beta Phi is in trouble and getting another Sam’s law? Anyone know why? Will they get kicked out?

Apparently some drunk girl got an MIP at a party, dont know if that is related but yea. Cops pulled up obviously and the school is aware
