some advice?

So I've got bids from AEPi and Phi Pools and Pykes is probably gonna bid me soon too, however I haven't seen Betas, Sigma Chi Fiji or any other "top" houses. Both houses who bid me said I should decide in a week or so but I want time to see more houses. Are these pressure tactics standard and how long do bids last for before they drop me?

Yep they're pressure tactics to get you to sign sooner and not sign elsewhere. Not all houses do them, but they're common. I doubt you'll lose the bid if you don't sign after next week though

If I were you I'd definitley meet some of the guys that already signed in both houses and see which PC you like best because those are the guys you'll be friends with for the rest of your life probably.
