Fraternities to avoid

I know I won't get into a top tier one but want to be relevant and have fun doing normal fraternity things. What frats should I avoid?

Any chapters with less than 70 active members is a red flag…. Check grade reports

if you don't feel like choosing a top house, literally just choose to rush mid houses that you vibe with and share values with. they're more welcoming and inclusive, anyways - and they have their fun.

Obviously don’t go for the bottom frats like theta xi, lambda and phi tau or houses with allegations like phi kapps beside that join a house you vibe with the most don’t really focus on ratings a lot
