why are Betas off everyones list

Can someone tell me the real deal with this house. I have read all the posts and cant tell if everyone is hating on them for no reason or if it is really a bad house. Speak truth

They’re locally AND nationally dry. They can’t host parties at their main house. Only their rickety live-out

They also don’t participate in events that other frats normally do (even the dry ones!) like beginning of the year serenades, DG anchor splash, AGD Mr. Greek, etc. They seriously only associate with maybe 4 other sororities at most. Greek life is about making connections and networking... I personally wouldn’t want to join a house that limits the events you’re involved in and the people you hangout with.
