A and B Team in houses?

I keep seeing that Theta has A/B team, but do other houses do this as well? Some Instagrams of "lower" houses seem to only show really pretty/put together girls so I was wondering if all sororities do this on some level and which ones it seems to be worst in (besides theta)

there’s always going to be different friend groups in a house, but from what I’ve heard, theta is the only house that has this “a team b team” thing with separate group chats, different parties they are invited to go to, stuff like that
