cob questions????

So I want to do cob this spring but have a couple questions....
If I got into a house, would I immediately move in? I have a cat, so what are the odds a house would allow a pet hahaha
The list for cob houses keeps changing, does anyone have any guesses of which houses could be added later?
Any advice welcome :)

1) most likely you wouldn’t move in till right before formal recruitment in the fall
2) they are not letting you bring your cat wtf
3)quota isn’t getting reset before the next COB so the houses will all be the same with the addition of any house that falls below quota (in case of graduating seniors/people dropping). seriously tho don’t cross your fingers for specific houses tho, they can totally tell and it’s rly awkward. honestly i would just wait for rush week if you’re rly that desperate for some houses
