what’s up with sae

I’m new to the whole Greek life and heard a lot of stuff about SAE getting most of the house kicked out and stuff. What is the situation really like? I thought it would be a cool house because their alumni connections are insane, but how’s the scene at the chapter at the moment?

They’re renting out half their house to GDIs. They’ve gone seriously downhill after their membership review brought them down from 100 to 20 members. One of the most bottom of the bottom houses now
