The ladies of KKG are great, but there seems to be a pattern of new initiates dumping all (or most) of their old friends to only hang with kappas.

I have an extremely low opinion of Chi Phi. People seem to label them as the best fraternity on campus. Honestly though, I think they're overrated. Since people label them as that, they let it go to their heads and feel that they don't have to treat many people with much respect. They only like to talk among themselves and Kappa. They seem to be very closed-minded about socializing with other fraternities, sororities, and other groups on campus.

all of their one rating makes me believe it was a brother there who wrote it. I'm here to set the record straight. I think one time they tried to throw a big party at their house. I remember walking by it on my way to the bar and it was all of them standing in a dimly lit room with some flashy lights. This a bottom tier fraternity, no doubt about it.
