Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at University of Texas at San Antonio - UTSA 4.2 Boys are so sweet and caring! Under Jack and now under Justin the chapter is going amazing places!! I hope they charter very soon because they deserve it! One con about them is they seem to ALWAYS hang with Texas Angels. Nothing wrong with that just those girls constantly hate on PHC and I fear they’ll start to do the same. Other than that I definitely love them! Middle tier but keep up the hard work boys and you’ll make it!
