lower top - adpi, dz, axo

lower mid - kkg, sk, dg, zeta
bottom - agd, pi phi

Parent of a PNM here, watching my daughter go through the highs and lows of this crazy but logical rush process. I was in the Greek system when in college and loved it…she will too. She was very well liked in high school, very high GPA (UTK honors student), 3 varsity athlete since she was a freshman, with an amazing personality and is sweet and gorgeous - you’ll say im biased but in this case I promise you I am not. For her one minute submission video, she did not take it too seriously at all. No make-up, hair up, and just spoke freely without much prep. She listed her top 10 and only got asked to visit 1 house from that top ten. She has a positive attitude about it and is still meeting super nice girls. But I’m nervous she’ll get looked over and won’t get her top pick. Any advice you could give would be appreciated. Also, what makes a house a top, middle, or bottom? What are people’s criteria. Thank you!

Make the most of every opportunity. Every round, every interaction is important. Enjoy the houses that invite you back. Don't worry about other people's criteria. Your own criteria may change as you meet more people in each group.

Several houses will do last minute adds.
If she really wants a few specific houses to consider her she should go to the President or rush chair and express that. You never know……

Her getting cut off the bat is was probably impacted by her not putting a ton of effort into her video. Not looking put together translates as not caring about/not taking recruitment seriously to the chapters watching them. This video is their first impression on every chapter so it’s very important!
