This is my perspective as someone who isn’t a kd mom, zeta hater OR glazer, that one sk hater on here, or a chi o self rank. I’ll explain the more controversial stuff too so i dont get bashed too bad cause you guys can be defensive. This is MY OPINION I’m not the supreme greekrank authority!!!!
Top houses- phi mu, adpi……… kd (fell but still more relevant than ddd), ddd
Upper middle- axo (you can’t deny pnms wanted axo last recruitment!), dz (really moved up last year), aoii, …… zeta
Lower middle- chi o, sk (would be tied with kkg but seem to be more relevant/active than them lately), kkg (sk but blonder and quiet) ….. dg (sisterhood/exec problems)
Lower houses- agd (really not bad but still too new to jump tier)……………….. pi phi

Yeah dz was never bad, just had some leadership issues/were considered “lazy” (and were on sopro) but really got themselves together in time for last recruitment!! Happy 4 them

I know what you mean, but tbh it would just be too much of a jump to drop houses that have been widely considered tops for years. They are doing worse by their own standards but in the big picture both are still well-regarded and desirable, just struggling more than they used to, but i wouldn’t consider either of those houses in the same tier as axo/dz/aoii…… if anything they are their own “lower top” tier”
