this is in my experience and based off social, involvement, and reputation on campus!
phi mu, tri self, kd — they’re always top no doubt abt it! girls are pretty (about half are actually nice tho…) and the chapters are involved and generally known
adpi, axo, dz — these girls ride for their chapters and all 3 had great pcs this year, especially dz! honestly axo could maybeee reach top but some girls have a mean vibe. dz could swing to mid as well because of the probation buttt
aoii, zta, kkg, sk, dg — more low key chapters, girls can be cute but generally not super involved or philanthropic, the girls tend to be nicer tho! might be controversial w dg and sk but sk had a great pc and dg goes hard for philanthropy and events!
chi o, and, pi phi — chi o’s rep this fall hasn’t been great, lots of incidents of the girls not being so nice! agd girls are sweet but their pc is hit or miss, they’re still new tho so im rooting for them! pi phi is stuck at the bottom unfortunately but i’ve never had a bad experience with one

yea id agree with this! only thing is that i do think chi o is unpopular with everyone but chi o and i feel like that should be reflected, so even tho the tiers are in no order id probably prop them fixed at bottom of mid

i kind of agree, but i feel like everyone is so fixated on these three it’s hard to shift it when it’s all people know. i think axo has serious potential to take kds “northern top house” spot, but phi mu killed recruitment this rush so i feel like they earned it! tri self and adpi can kind of trade off for in state top, but after the adpi snap bid situation lay year i think tridelt takes it for now
