TriDelta work week question

Is it true that even though all the members are required to come back for work week, only around 50 girls are actually allowed to recruit during rush? I heard the rest are basically told not to show up once recruitment starts. That sounds kind of crazy after spending all that time prepping. Can anyone confirm?

I’m not sure it’s specific to only tridelt. I bet that’s pretty typical. You’re talking about organizations with over 400 members! There’s no way everyone can be involved. They can’t even fit that many members in the house at one time.
