You mean tactics like where everyone wants this house and they have to make really tough decisions? Bc it does suck sometimes. There are so many incredible women who rush and this house takes their choices very seriously. Or the tactic where they are actually listening to pnms and looking for best fit for their house? Mhm so shady! Trust me, with a full house and no room for COB it’s competitive but an honor to get in.

No, that's not what I mean. I had a friend who got a call from a member's mother trying to sway her decision to pledge PhiMu. She did not needless to say.

This group runs scared at recruitment time. They used to get all the pageant types but not any more. They have too much competition with KD, TriDelt, ADPI, and DZ. They can say what they want, but many of their chosen girls went to those houses last year. I'm not saying they aren't popular, but no more than the others I mentioned. They have too much competition to say they are the "top." Top is about a five way tie.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 4.7 This is a sorority with well rounded girls. They are not known to be just partiers or “jesus girls” (even tho there is definently both). There’s a little bit of everything in this chapter. They have the 4th highest GPA but also everyone shows up for tailgates and date parties on the weekends. The girls are described as top tier and are described as the smart, fun, nice girls from the guys in fraternities on campus. Many girls in the chapter have boyfriends because they are “wife material”. When people say that phi Mu is just wealthy good looking girls this is not true, there are plenty of girls in the chapter who pay for their own dues and work very hard to keep good grades while working jobs and having a social life, and the reason they chose phi Mu is because of the awesome sisterhood they have. If you want to surround yourself with confident, awesome girls phi Mu is the way to go.
