They are no better than 4 or 5 other houses at UT. They just self rank a lot.

Kappa Delta - ΚΔ Sorority at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 2.5 They self rank a lot. The last two years have been mediocre for them at best. A lot of their rules are turn offs for some girls like the make-up with letters rule. They are a good house but no better than 5 or 6 others.

Kappa Delta - ΚΔ Sorority at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 4.0 Really great and selective chapter. This year had a weird rush along with phi mu, but their new members have been really involved and unproblematic. Overall they’re a top chapter for sure and lots of girls want them during rush.
