Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 4.7 They had such a good party last weekend, and they were very very sweet! They were also nice gentleman, I wanted water at the party and one of the brothers immediately supplied some! Very attentive, and very active in the community!
