can i do cob???

i wanted to do primary rush but wasn’t able to. would i still be able to cob or is it only for people who dropped during rush?

Anybody can do COB! One of the differences between primary and COB is that a lot of houses have already met their quotas and will not participate in COB.

gotcha! even for fall cob i would be able to (if any chapters do cob)? just curious cause one of my friends told me about fall cob after bid day. just wasn’t entirely sure since the chapters already have an idea of some of the girls from primary.
