Nah, like 10 guys graduated last fall and spring. They don’t have the guys who made them top, now they’re just goobs who ride off past reputations. Honestly both pike and phi delt are on a decline

Pretty sure they have the most number of guys living in their frat house, won an IM trophy last semester, has the biggest alumni association in the US, participates in every philanthropy, has great sorority relations... that’s just a couple of things.

Sig Ep won IM’s last semester, SAE has the largest alumni in the US, pike doesn’t participate in ZTA step, and pikes sorority relations are down to 2 sororities. Just a few things wrong with what you said
