These orgs have huge national organizations why dont they all step up and buy some land around usf and build some real houses. go down fletcher there is plots of land... adpi, sig chi, pike, kappa sig, dg, zta are all huge nationally step up! let alone the huge grassy field at greek village that usf is probably blocking off cause they dont wanna see it...

You must not get outside the compound of usf that often. Most of usf is surrounded by the hood where a lot of crime happens. Serious legal problems putting a frat mansion in the middle of a low income area. Plus, you’re wrong, there is no land remotely close to usf for that kind of development.
