new top tier spot?
by: PNMIs Sigma Chi still considered top tier after the huge decline they’ve been on? And how likely is it that the 2 upper mid frats like Kappa Sig and SigEp slides into a top tier spot soon?

Tbh as of right now it is still Sig Chi in top tier but you’re right about them falling down to mid soon. And as for who would move up to top tier, it’s hard to say. Kappa sigma and Sig Ep are both very similar and have potential to go top tier soon. All 3 of them are very good fraternities, but sig chi will probably get beat out by both in a semester or 2

Isn’t Sig Ep in 1st place for IMs? and didn’t Kappa Sig win soldier ? And aren’t Sig chi’s parties shut down early af? Those weren’t convincing cases for sig chi at all

Sig Ep is first due to all the points from sports no other fraternity competes in, they are 3rd if you take away dumb sports. They have no 1st place trophies from IM’s that matter or Philanthropies. K Sig has 1 philanthropy win and no IM competition at all. Sig Chi is way more well rounded.

Lol if you’re talking IMs winning ultimate frisbee and trivia doesn’t matter, Sig Ep still got waxed by Sig Chi in football a sport actual men play. Still soft

I wouldn’t be surprised to see sig ep move up to top tier. They went from being top of the top, to verdandi forming and all their members leave like 6 years ago, and then they climbed back up fairly quickly. Kappa sig is more of a stretch though, idk about them. But both are likely I just can see sig ep moving up first

Sigma chi can’t use the retreat during rush. Kappa sig has their off campus for rush (they didn’t lose it) and they will have a 24 person unit at the retreat next year for rush. Kappa Sig was in the top 3 for recruitment for fall and beat out sig chi so my prediction is that they’ll be better than them by the end of next spring. For sig ep, they’ve made good strides but not nearly at the rate kappa sig has

I’m really not seeing how Kappa sig is looked at as better. Sig ep has beat them in philanthropies, currently in 1st for IMs, and their alumni have funded over 1 Million to build an actual off campus house. Not some small 4 bedroom house that Kappa sig has

Sig ep didn’t even come with kappa sig in rush. That outweighs all categories by far
