plenty of fraternities will rent them their space for recruitment so they can get extra money for their social budget OR let them use it for free to show good will. i do not think just because all the other sororities have a house that means they deserve one, if anything the fact that many IFC orgs don't have a house hurts them way more than one sorority not having one hurts pan. If you were really pro the greek community you would take that into consideration as well.
