house for gamma phi?

Having one "good" year doesn't make a chapter deserving of a house, and let's be honest, they are still pikes (weird kids and table scraps from other chapters). Let's not forget that they just got off of a year long suspension, so stability is out of the question. The university, especially housing, hates IFC chapters.The fraternities with houses in Greek Village have caused thousands of dollars of damage to them year after year, so I would be extremely surprised if they don't re-name it "Panhellenic Village" in the next ten years or so.

Three things to think about.
1. Gamma Phi has to get a house or cypress. If they get cypress and someone else gets the house, then housing will have to redo two facilities. Do you really think they will want to do that?
2. Gamma Phi is the only sorority without a house and there are tons of fraternities without houses, therefore it makes them more likely to get it.
3. Gamma Phi needs it from a recruitment perspective. Pan would have to redo their entire system of how recruitment works if Gamma Phi doesn't get a house.
5 bucks gamma phi will get the house.
