Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 4.9 I would say that they finally hit the point of being back as a top fraternity. They ran Greek life in the past and some incident knocked them down for a couple years but after this semester they really surprised us and I’m sure they will have yet another great pledge class
