Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 1.7 They are bottom tier, but they have been improving. They recently surpassed SAE, which is no accomplishment since SAE is one of the worst frats here, and have been doing a lot better than a couple years ago but they have a loooong way to go. Give them a couple more years and they will bump up to middle tier
