Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 4.8 Being as unbiased as I can, Pi Kappa phi is really starting to climb. They're relatively new to this campus and they're already becoming one of the best. Classy, respectful, and love to have fun. They probably have the strongest brotherhood at usf and they're improving in other areas. Glad I had the chance to get to know some of them
