Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 3.6 There was a board that made the decision based on each frat + gamma phi's presentations on why they should get it. prob an application too. they're new, so they had to had something over theta chi (been here longer, never in trouble) or gphi (a sorority without a house). They have more guys than theta chi and pike, but less than kappa sig, so idk if they're even gonna fill all the rooms in the house. Guess they'll make the pledges fight for it lol

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 1.0 They go an bash a number of organizations on some insignificant website then talk about how "great" they are. Winning philanthropies? They won while the organizations that usually win were all suspended or in other trouble. Largest house on campus? Congrats, it was available after SAE was unfortunately kicked off. Didn't pay anymore than any other organization. Please just stop trying so hard to be something you're not. Your day will come.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 4.4 Does anyone wonder why all of these other fraternities are in here talking bad about them? They are the second (I think) newest fraternity on campus and they already have the biggest house on campus and are winning philanthropies left and right. If they manage to be more selective with their next couple pledge classes (or do a better job or weeding the weird ones out), they are going to be one of the top fraternities on this campus.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 1.8 Just the fact that they actually got a house in Greek village blows my mind... It's bad enough we have to deal with ZBT on campus, now you? This fraternity is a bunch of northern snowbirds come down here to attempt to adopt the "southern look" which most of them don't even try. Even if you do manage to win some philanthropies, I do not see you pushing into even middle tier anytime soon.
