Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 2.0 People seem to forget all of their allegations. Phi delt used to be top but they are declining. Their house is the only thing making them mid tier but even that is becoming run down. Sig chi are pike are the real top fraternities.

They know how to have fun but are also sincere and you can have a genuine conversation with them. They definitely throw the best parties too and the guys are hot af. Highly recommend

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 3.9 Good looking Guys. I would say the classier of USF Fraternities for sure, just cause they dress well and are well mannered straight edge guys. As far as it goes for fraternities they are respectful and all seem to like one another. One issue is that they do seem to be very looks oriented when it comes to the biding process.
