Ranks based on the 2025 fall semester
1. Pike- no secret that Pike is the top house at the U. They have a good system going and are one of the few Pike chapters in the country never to be kicked off. Great House and throws great parties.
2. Sig Chi- Sig Chi is a close 2nd. They have a great house and great guys. Throw often but just lack in a few areas compared to Pike.
3. Beta/ Phi-delt- Beta and Phi Delt are really interchangeable for this position. Both are dry fraternities nationally, have good chapter houses, and the guys are good. Beta's selling point is their academics, having one of the highest GPAs and many different majors. Phi-Delt, on the other hand, has great athletes (shown through being nationally ranked in basketball) and parties quite a bit.
4. K-sig- K-sigs are great. Very down-to-earth guys. Have a great chapter house, even if it is somewhat separate from the rest of Greek row. Three excellent parties, but they got kicked out of their formal.
5. Pi-Kapp- Pi-Kapp definitely earns the award for fastest growing fraternity. Just a few years old at Utah Pi-Kapp, it is already well established and has a house on Greek row. They are still growing but have a promising future.
6. Sig-Ep- Sig-Ep held some great events, but has some difficulty because they are currently suspended from having a chapter house.
7. Di-Sig- Di-Sig has some good guys. Living in Sig-nus' old house means they have big shoes to fill. Some people have referred to them as “gouse”. Held a few good events, but nothing really noteworthy.
8. Fiji- Had a great first semester and is growing fast. Excited to see where this chapter goes. No chapter house, but still held some good events.
9. Ato- Also a newer fraternity. They are now settled into the groove of things and are growing.
10. Di-Chi- Forgettable and no house on Greek row
11. Triangle- Self-explanatory. Never does anything sound greek life.
