Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Utah - UT 4.2 Great group of guys. For being a dry house the parties at their satellite houses are easily up to par with any other fraternity on the row (they still drink). Sadly they have been getting hate on the row lately because of rumors being started.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Utah - UT 4.8 Honestly these guys are some of the greatest guys on the row. Like Beta, they are dry so the guys dont join just to drink and party all the time. Its really unfortunate that everyone needs someone to hate and they were the ones to get the backlash...

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Utah - UT 3.0 Really unpopular with the row due to certain "events". But I can tell you, these guys are truly nice, upstanding guys. They really look out for each other as well as the girls at their parties and are respectful. One of the only houses I feel safe at.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Utah - UT 2.0 Phi Delta Theta is a house that is near the bottom of the row but I know that many girls think they are gentlemen. Their parties are lackluster to say the least but their brotherhood is fairly strong. The Phi Delts lack in grades and their physical house is not up to par on the row. To their credit, they are fairly involved within the Greek system and the guys that I have met are nice guys that you can hang out with and chill.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Utah - UT 3.8 For a dry house they definately know how to have fun. All the men are sweet and know how to treat most of the women with respect. At times, they can be disrespectful to each other, but when in times of darkness, know how to band together and support each other. Definitely would call myself a phi delt girl!!!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Utah - UT 3.4 The Phi delts may not be the hottest guys out there when you consider their whole house, but they have some of the hottest guys on the row. And even though they are a dry house, they make up for it with their great guys and awesome events. The phi delts can't claim to be a top house, but they are slowly moving up and doing great things! CONS: Awkward Alpha Phis are constantly there, making it uncomfortable for other houses to come hang out.
