Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Utah - UT 4.4 They've been middle of the pack since they were refounded, but got a huge pledge class of like, forty guys that are all studs. They win everything like house decorations and greek week and are involved in everything on campus. They don't throw many parties, but when they do they're wild. The type of guys you call up to just hang out with.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Utah - UT 4.0 They got a lot of flak because of rumors started by other houses, but these guys are genuine. They're a dry house, but they've got a bunch of satellite houses and know how to throw down!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Utah - UT 4.2 Great group of guys. For being a dry house the parties at their satellite houses are easily up to par with any other fraternity on the row (they still drink). Sadly they have been getting hate on the row lately because of rumors being started.

Like Beta, they are dry so the guys dont join just to drink and party all the time. Its really unfortunate that everyone needs someone to hate and they were the ones to get the backlash...

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Utah - UT 3.0 Really unpopular with the row due to certain "events". But I can tell you, these guys are truly nice, upstanding guys. They really look out for each other as well as the girls at their parties and are respectful. One of the only houses I feel safe at.
