Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Utah - UT 4.2 The first thing I need to say is this website is total crap, and if you're looking at it to help you decide what house to join l, I fear for your future. With that being said, Phi Delt is an amazing house strictly based on the fact that anyone can walk into that house and find someone to get along with. So the whole house may not be made up of perfect amazing dudes. So what. What they lack in one certain stereotype, they make up for with a variety of cool guys. A+.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Utah - UT 4.4 The guys seem really close to each other and are generally accepting of anyone. They have high expectations/ standards for people who want to become a brother. Their house is dry, which sucks, but after seeing all the negative ads about frats, it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.
