So full of themselves. They are never friendly at parties and have very pretentious vibes. They act like they’re perfect but many of them when they go out are trashy and act stupid.

From the very few encounters I’ve had with thetas at parties I can say that they’ve made it a point that they’re friends with the frat guys. Overrated house if you ask me, not sure what makes them so popular with the frat guys but to each their own I guess.

Honestly pretty overrated. They act like they’re the best house but no one really thinks that. A few are really nice but a lot are pretty stuck up and self absorbed

Strictly focused on academics. Pretty much known that they kick girls out for failing. Some girls are nice but a lot seem stuck up and unfriendly. Can't speak much on their sisterhood but definitely a better house on the row, just needs to let loose more
