alpha phi did not recruit #1 last year, they gave out a bunch of snap bids, but nice try!

Alpha phi gave out snap bids two years ago. They rushed #1 last year, but got a very "alpha phi" pledge class. It's about numbers, not who actually gets the "best" girls.

actually most of the chapters usually have about one or two bids to offer in the fall if they choose, once they know if girls are graduating early. you don't have to offer them at all, so most do not so its kind of rare. it really doesn't matter just depends if you want to give out the bid or not.

DG (mainly cause their a top tier everywhere else, thus have to have high standards even here)
Alpha phi/KD (also because they're a fairly top tier sororities elsewhere)
Phi sig (they're just awesome girls, but the sorority itself isn't as recognized)
Sdt/chi o (filled with fun girls!)
Gamma phi (all really sweet!)

all of the chapters on campus are NPC...meaning they're all top tier somewhere. ChiO dominates the south, Gamma Phi is insanely popular at other schools, and SDT as well. As a rushee, do a little more research beyond greek rank.

^^^^^ and we all know that no one knows what a flex list is unless you're the recruitment chair so it sounds like your chapter did bad in recruitment and YOU probably got everyone's left overs lmao

to break it down:
KD is #1, have been cliquey in past but most recent 2 pledge classes actually have nice (and still hot) girls
DG and Alpha phi are similar, DG Is more preppy and alpha phi more quirky, but both are involved chapters with hot new pledge classes
SDT is 4, going downhill fast. Most random pledge class ever last year
Phi sig is definitely cooler than SDT, but unfortunately still considered "middle tier." Chill
Chi O has gotten significantly better in past 1-2 pledge classes but for now they are stuck down here.
Gamma Phi, concerned about them after theta comes to campus

Most accurate thing I've seen here... minus Phi Sig, I really think they're just kind of in their own class. I'd place them there if I were ranking them against the other sororities, but they're really just a different brand. Way more hipster, vegetarian, free love, shrooms kinda girls

both KD and Alpha Phi have had a bunch of girls disaffiliate this semester and tons of drama tells you about the real sisterhood doesn't it
