The upperclassmen seem to be lazy and segregated from the underclassmen. The past 3 pledge classes seem to be improvements and more brotherly. They upgraded to a nicer house that has a basement that doesn't smell like a rats ass now. The brothers enjoy partying and I've spotted Pitt Basketball players there a few times which is cool. Last Spring they did a philanthropy event - Splash Bash which raised about $1,500 for charity. They definitely seem to be improving.

If people cared about anything other than looks this house would be top tier without question. Involved, kind, real gentlemen. Everything a fraternity should be.
