All the phi delts I know are cool. They had a killer philanthropy event. They're house is really nice even tho it's on dithridge. They know how to party without getting sloppy unlike most frats at Pitt.

This fraternity is finally recognized and I'm eager to see how the brothers will handle it. These guys own their own house and have the best parties. You can go there without fear of douchey/rapey brothers.
