I don’t know much about them but they are on the come up since they got a hill house. Definitely a nerdier group and very small. Bottom for sure but they should be going up soon.

Really nice guys but they are mostly pretty weird. Throw decent parties but they aren’t higher than low mid. From what I’ve seen they all seem to like each other.

Definitely upper mid, have solid guys but a lot of weirdos too. Best house at Pitt and throw decent parties.

Definitely on the come up had a pretty good fall class. Low mid tier for sure. Nicer guys, just kind of weird and don’t throw anything crazy.
