DKE Leveraged buyout
by: Your finance brotherBreaking news: DKE seems to be looking into purchasing Elmo. The fianancier behind the project - the brab ham - told the media that he was very excited about the opportunity. The Sherrie Hans however have concerns about breaking anti-Greek laws as their monopoly grows. Hall and zete are said to be putting in formal complaints as Dke expands their market share into the south and west. Very exciting things coming in the next few days.

Inside scoop:
1. FIJI also submitted a desperate bid that was not taken seriously as a subcontinental brother promised credit financing through the new dehli exchange. Plan was to use junk bonds but fundraising ended up being non-existent and is now suspected to have been a scam. Combined with recent bottle throwing and composite stealing the entire attempt was a serious IZZAT LOSS SAAR for Fijeet.
2. Zete submitted their complaint only after mulling over their own bid which would've used mickey hall (weenie zete juniors) as collateral. Faithful kappa sig alumni rejected the structure.
3. Sig Chi had an exec meeting last night to consider a cash + trade offer to get the much coveted real estate at 130 madison lane but nothing has been submitted as of 3pm eastern.

Also note - The management group (Elmo 3rd and 4th years) are preparing a bid, securing financing from the Rhein heart family and Jack oh Hughes. Theyre planning on carving out their second year PC and offering steep incentive packages to lost Dke, Hall, and Phi Psi rushees.

Smart cookies, it’s always better to back out of a losing position than let it take down the ship. We’ll see if those incentive packages are enough to pry away real talent. They just might be able to turn things around.
