Places you need to get on dirty rush immediately, if you don’t no bid
DKE: okay brotherhood, best relations, good parties, number 1 house rn
Phi psi: great brotherhood and new pc, solid relations, best parties
Hall: better relations than phi psi more prestige, but worse parties and brotherhood, similar houses, all around good
Zete: okay parties, phenomenal relations, the Zete circle is small and most people don’t fit the mold, but if you do get dirty rush asap
Dirty rush for Doorlist and dinners, also decent houses but can get snap bidded easy
SAE: great darties, good relations, horrendous late nights, decent brotherhood nice guys
Elmo: horrible new pc, house is declining, cool older guys but after this past rush parties are empty and relations are gone
Sig chi: good parties for Thursday nights, bad location, nice guys, good for what they are
Realistically speaking don’t dirty rush anywhere else, only the top 4 do you need to for a bid, the others will be easier if you do but not necessary. Anywhere else is cope work at coupes or trin
