Ranking for 2026 rushees with explanation

Dke, zete, hall, phi psi - dke is top rn, zete and hall have been very consistent the past two years and phi psi has the best parties at the school, easily clear of Elmo after this past rush

Elmo, SAE, sig chi - a step below top houses for one reason or another (Elmo worst rush ever, SAE only has darties, sig chi is far asf) but still mix with top sororities and have good parties and cool guys, sig chi had the best rush this year of this tier but might be hurt by scandal, Elmo will probably rebound to top again

Ksig, snu - ksig has just as good guys and relations as the houses above but can’t throw parties and their history/being off campus hurts their rush some every year. Snu is on the rise and is clearly better than chi phi and fiji by now in terms of parties and relations, could see them higher next year.

Chi phi, fiji - chi phi has been falling off for years now just because of consistent bad rushes but they have good DG relations and some good parties, fiji is coming back on campus supposedly and have a great location so they might get back to where they were pre suspension

Beta, DU - Nice and chill guys, good relations with mid sororities but this is where houses really start to struggle to throw. Worth rushing these but idk about below
