Dke great rush decent parties, Zete great relations/reputation, hall good rush good relations decent parties, phi psi great rush great parties good relations
Tier 2) Elmo
Atrocious rush, still great parties, they need to bounce back if they don’t, they will fall
Tier 3) SAE
At this point everyone knows they snap bid half their Pc every year. Good relations and great darties though.
Tier 4a) Sig Chi
These guys have more girls at their parties so slightly above the 4b tier. Decent house
Tier 4b) K sig, Chi Phi, SNU, Fiji
Anyone hating on these houses is dumb, they have okay parties with randoms but still fill them out unlike anyone below this tier.
