Dke - self explanatory
Zete - horrible parties, great sorority pull
Phi psi - best parties/production on campus. 2 great back to back pcs
Hall - still top, but declining. They need to bounce back
Elmo - last year they will still be a topish house. No way they survive 2027 rush
SAE - always has to snap bid, great darties, horrible lns.
