Tips for getting a top bid at a frat

Hello all,

With fraternity rush season almost upon us, how do you get a bid at your top frat (Hall, Chi Phi, etc.). I have heard they are great social clubs for meeting new people and are also great for job connections down the line. Also is there a lot of hazing within Greek life and how can I equip myself to deal with that?
