Top: Concrete top 4, on the top sorority social calendar, difficult to get a bid. These are not changing anytime soon.
1. Delta Kappa Epsilon (ΔΚΕ)
2. Delta Psi - St. Anthony Hall (ΔΨ)
3. Delta Phi - St. Elmo Hall (ΔΦ)
4. Zeta Psi (ΖΨ)
Upper Mid: Great parties, solid sorority relationships, getting an open house bid is difficult but doable.
5. Phi Kappa Psi (ΦΚΨ)
6. Sigma Alpha Epsilon (ΣΑΕ)
7. Sigma Chi (ΣΧ)
8. Chi Phi (ΧΦ)
Mid: Strong brotherhoods, decent parties, open house bids are fully obtainable. 128 and McCormick Hall would fall into this tier if not kicked off.
9. Sigma Nu (ΣΝ)
10. Beta Theta Pi (ΒΘΠ)
11. Delta Upsilon (ΔΥ)
Lower Mid: Many of these fraternities are interchangeable in ranks, all have consistent house location, and strong brotherhoods.
12. Pi Kappa Phi (ΠΚΦ)
13. Phi Society (Φ)
14. Delta Sigma Phi (ΔΣΦ)
15. Chi Psi (ΧΨ)
16. Phi Delta Theta (ΦΔΘ)
17. Sigma Phi - SERP (ΣΦ)
18. Alpha Epsilon Pi (ΑΕΠ)
Lower: Some inconsistencies in house locations or rush issues, but all worth rushing and joining if you vibe with the brothers.
