Stop overrating SERP and Pikapp

People keep ranking SERP and Pikapp as mid and above places like DU, Phi Soc, or DSig. Every person in Pikapp got dropped from one of those frats and had nothing left. They literally had two rounds of open house. SERP is the exact same, but lower. Anyone with class didn't rush SERP because of the allegations around them. No one would rather be at SERP than Chi Psi even.

That’s BS. PiKapp had two rounds serp did not, they had a good sized pc. You are just a salty Theta Chi boy

Kinda, the second open house round was super embarrassing but pikapp's had a surprisingly decent semester all things considered, not du/theta chi levels but probably better than dsig and definitely phisoc at this point. SERP too, definitely getting better but the reputation is still there. Whatever allegations they have the house is still one of the nicest at uva so they can always get a decent size pc. Both could move up or down depending on how rush goes this year.
