Real Rankings Frat incoming Fall 2025

I’ve seen a lot self ranking and troll posts and just inaccurate lists so here’s a ranking for incoming first years to see

Top: Dke, Elmo, Zete, Hall (Hall is not as good as the other 3 but still in the top)
Upper: Phi Psi, SAE - these two are very solid, great relations and parties
Upper (tier 2): Sig Chi, Chi Phi
Upper Mid: Snu, Beta, Mcormick (lost rep cuz of suspensions)
Mid: 128, DU, Theta Chi, Sammy
Lower Mid: Phi Soc, Dsig, KA
Lower: PiKapp, AEPI, Chi Psi, Ato, Pilam
Bottom: Asig, TKE, TDX, Sig Pi, Sig Ep, Phi sig
